I Appreciate the Pleasures of this Present Moment
This month’s meditation is for you if you struggle to:
- Appreciate the present moment
- Be aware of what your senses are experiencing in the here and now
- Get out of your mind and let go of your thoughts
- Relax in your own skin and be comfortable in your body
- Enjoy pleasurable experiences without feeling guilty or “wrong”
Closing your eyes and breathing from your belly may help you settle in and be present as you listen.
